Ayman Boutros, M.D. ("Dr. Boutros") appeals from a final judgment in which the trial court granted Oscar Miñoso, M.D.'s motion for directed verdict, following the jury's verdict in favor of Dr. Boutros in the amount of $186,779. Oscar Miñoso, M.D. ("Dr. Miñoso") cross-appeals from the same order, awarding $8,840.33 to Dr. Boutros on his lease guaranty claim.
