The defendant-appellant, Dennis Carlson, was indicted on thirty-one counts of the Sale of Unregistered Securities1 and one count of Sale by an Unregistered Agent.2 Counts 7, 24 and 25 were dismissed upon motion by Carlson's defense counsel.
