Defendant, Johnny Lee Capers, was convicted of two counts of armed robbery with a firearm. He was sentenced as a third-felony offender to two life sentences, to be served without benefits and to run concurrently. Defendant now appeals his conviction and sentence. For the reasons stated herein, Defendant's conviction is affirmed. Defendant's sentence is vacated and the matter is remanded for further proceedings...
