¶ 1 Crown Castle USA, Inc. ("Crown") appeals from the judgment entered following a non-jury trial awarding Appellee Steven Voracek $98,194.00 for breach of contract and $13,045.00 in attorneys' fees. Crown contends the trial court erred in finding clear and convincing evidence of a mutual mistake of fact and in relying upon parol evidence to disregard the terms of an integrated contract.
