Ronald Hodge was indicted for the second degree murder of his brother, Alonzo Hodge, and the attempted second degree murder of Bridget Renee Webb. He waived trial by jury and elected a bench trial. After finding him guilty of manslaughter and attempted manslaughter, the court sentenced him to concurrent terms of 22 and 8 years at hard labor. Hodge now appeals, urging the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions and that the manslaughter sentence...
