Appellant JonJuan Salon, Inc. ("Jon-Juan"), timely appeals a non-final Order Denying Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. For the reasons explained herein, we hold that the trial court abused its discretion in denying JonJuan's motion for a temporary injunction.
