Upon consideration of respondent's response and The Florida Bar's reply to this Court's Order to Show Cause, dated February 28, 2006,
It is ordered that Frank Lino Diaz is permanently disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Florida effective immediately.
Respondent's motion to dismiss, filed with this Court on March 6, 2006, is hereby denied.
