This case involves a dispute between two rear lot landowners in a subdivision about the extent to which an accessway built on property owned by one of them may be used by the other. At issue are the terms of the deed of the conveyance to the first grantee and the provisions of the town of Greenwich building zone regulations that govern required accessways for rear lots that do not front on existing town roads.
