This case surrounds the rights to a Claiborne Parish, Louisiana property (hereinafter, "the Pickens property") which was sold at Sheriff's sale following a partition by licitation. A dispute arose after the Entrada Company, L.L.C. ("Entrada") purchased a 7/72nd interest in the Pickens property and sought partition without (allegedly) naming several co-owners thereto.
