Turner, was indicted on three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse (see 720 ILCS 5/12-16(d) (West 2004)), based, in part, on the allegation that defendant committed an act of sexual conduct with the victim, who was at least 13 but under 17 years of age, in that defendant allowed the victim to place his hand on defendant's penis.
