In the case sub judice, we are asked to decide whether the Commonwealth Court was correct in holding that the First-Level Supervisor Collective Bargaining Act, 43 P.S. §§ 1103.101-1103.701 (the "Act"), violates Article III, Section 32 of the Pennsylvania Constitution and therefore is unconstitutional.
