In this attorney disciplinary action, the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland ("Petitioner"), acting through Bar Counsel, filed a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action against Joseph M. Guida, Esquire ("Respondent"), charging him with violations arising out of his representation of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Lee Bird.
