¶ 1. On October 4, 2004, Sammie Lee Brown was found guilty of aggravated assault in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County. On February 10, 2005, the court sentenced Brown to serve fourteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and to pay a fine of $2,500.
