Defendant, Roy G. Moorman, appeals the judgment of the circuit court of Du Page County finding him guilty of possession of a controlled substance (720 ILCS 570/402(c) (West 2002)). He raises two allegations of error. First, defendant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress physical evidence and a statement he made.
