¶ 1. On November 5, 2004, a jury sitting before the George County Circuit Court found Hiram Bernard Larson guilty of sexual battery, a violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 97-3-95 (Rev. 2000). The circuit court sentenced Larson to a twenty year sentence in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with five years suspended and fifteen years to serve.
