¶ 1. David Ouzts was convicted in the Holmes County Justice Court of driving under the influence first offense and reckless driving. Following that conviction, Ouzts appealed to the Circuit Court of Holmes County which affirmed the justice court's ruling. From this ruling, Ouzts appeals to this Court raising the following three issues:
