Armistar Cole appeals his convictions and sentences for armed robbery and armed kidnapping. Because Cole raised no issues on appeal as to the armed robbery conviction, we affirm that conviction without comment. However, we agree that the evidence presented at trial was legally insufficient to sustain the conviction for armed kidnapping.
