846 N.E.2d 1106 (2006)

J.S., Appellant, v. CENTER FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, Appellee.

Court of Appeals of Indiana.

May 12, 2006.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Michael L. Jenuwine, South Bend, for Appellant.

OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

J.S. appeals the trial court's grant of a commitment and forced medication order sought by the Center for Behavioral Health ("CBH").1 J.S. raises two issues, which we restate as:

I. Whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain the trial court's commitment order; and II. Whether evidence is sufficient to sustain the trial court's forced medication order.

We affirm.
