OPINION BY KLEIN, J.:

¶ 1 Plaintiff June C. Kennedy appeals from the order granting defendant Butler Memorial Hospital's preliminary objections and dismissing her complaint for failure to state a prima facie claim of corporate negligence against the hospital and failure to obtain the required certificate of merit to support her claim of vicarious liability.
