CARLSON, Justice, for the Court.

¶ 1. Because the trial court dismissed his tort lawsuit for damages because of his repeated failure to disclose in discovery his prior back injury and workers' compensation claim, the plaintiff has appealed to us. Finding no error by the trial court, we affirm its judgment of dismissal.
