¶ 1. Lakenta Pearson, Anthony Edwards, and Lavar Brady were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury for armed robbery. Brady received a plea bargain for his testimony against Pearson and Edwards. Pearson and Edwards were jointly tried and, on January 26, 2005, found guilty by a Washington County Circuit Court jury of armed robbery. They were sentenced by the judge to ten years, with five years suspended...
