OPINION

MAY, Judge.

Lance Dawson appeals the dismissal under Ind. Trial Rule 12(B)(6) of his suit against Judge Thomas Newman, Jr. Dawson raises two issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether Judge Newman is protected by absolute judicial immunity under the facts alleged in the complaint.
