¶ 1 Tony Pharr was convicted of first degree manslaughter and unlawful possession of a firearm. Pharr asserts the imposition of a five-year firearm enhancement violated his right to jury trial under the Sixth Amendment because in its special verdict, the jury found only that he was armed with a deadly weapon.
