This case presents a long and somewhat tortured history. Susan Edel, f/k/a Susan Walker, filed this action for dissolution of her six-year marriage to A. Grayson Walker, III, on September 21, 1995. The first final judgment, entered September 16, 1997, was reversed on appeal in Walker v. Walker, 719 So.2d 977 (Fla. 5th DCA 1998).
