OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

John Henry Ray ("Ray") was convicted in Grant Superior Court of Class B felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon ("SVF").1 He appeals and argues that the trial court abused its discretion when it instructed the jury that Ray had a prior robbery conviction. Concluding that the error in the instruction was harmless, we affirm.
