GRIFFIN, J.

Carl Meintzer, Jr., appeals the summary denial of his Rule 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief. We conclude that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enter the appealed order and that it must be vacated.

Meintzer was charged in Orange County Case No. 48-2002-CF-005651 with attempted second degree murder and aggravated battery. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of aggravated battery and was sentenced on April 2, 2003, to eight years...
