The plaintiffs, Gary Henderson, Jerry Henderson, and Donny Henderson, appeal a decision by the trial court denying their motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Homer Memorial Hospital, Town of Homer, and its insurer, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company. For the following reasons, we affirm.
