As Paul Watkins, Jr. ("Watkins") never married Susie Ann Cockrell and has never been adjudicated to be the father of Brandon Lashun Watkins, James Cockrell and Susie P. Cockrell, Susie Ann Cockrell's parents ("the Cockrells"), brought suit in the Chancery Court of Chickasaw County seeking custody of Brandon Lashun Watkins...
