¶ 1. Donald Hales was indicted by the grand jury of the Second Judicial District of Jones County for the possession of a controlled dangerous substance, in violation of Miss.Code Ann. Section 41-29-139 (Rev.2005). Hales was tried before a jury in the Circuit Court and found guilty of the illegal possession of cocaine.
