¶ 1. After a trial, Larry Walker was convicted in the Lawrence County Circuit Court of carjacking, kidnapping, and attempted forcible sexual intercourse. For each count, Walker was sentenced to serve a term of life without eligibility for parole in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with all sentences to run consecutively. Aggrieved by the judgment against him, Walker appealed. He now asserts three assignments...
