¶ 1. Reginald Joe Moss pleaded guilty to murder, kidnapping, grand larceny, and arson in the Circuit Court of Alcorn County. The court sentenced him to life for the murder conviction and to ten years for the kidnapping conviction, to run consecutively to the life sentence. For the grand larceny conviction, Moss was sentenced to five years, to run consecutively to the sentence imposed for murder but concurrently with the sentence imposed...
