The defendants, David W. Hall and Ruby A. Newell, appeal the declaratory judgment rendered by the trial court determining the interest due under a previously rendered money judgment burdening the property of Twin Branches Real Estate, LLC ("Twin Branches") as a judicial mortgage. For the reasons assigned below, we affirm the trial court judgment.
