The Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana convicted Garry Zeigler Sr. for the distribution of cocaine, adjudicated him a third felony habitual offender, and sentenced him to serve a term of 25 years imprisonment without benefit of probation or suspension of sentence.
