Tarr appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County that granted the motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by the Port Authority of Allegheny County (Port Authority) in regard to two of four actions that Lowery and Tarr filed arising out of a collision between a bus in which they were passengers and an automobile.
