Plaintiff, KSAC Corporation, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Lake County granting the motion of defendant, Recycle Free, Inc., to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff contends that defendant submitted to the trial court's jurisdiction by filing an appearance and jury demand and participating in discovery before asserting its jurisdictional objection. We disagree and therefore affirm....
