OPINION BY KELLY, J.:

¶ 1 Appellants, Vicky L. Gresh1 and Gary A. Gresh, appeal from the order entered in the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, denying Appellants' motion to dismiss Appellee's complaint for custody, remanding for a custody conciliation, and dismissing Gary Gresh as a party. We affirm the dismissal of Gary Gresh and quash the remainder.
