OPINION

NAJAM, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Matthew Earlywine appeals his conviction for Intimidation, as a Class A misdemeanor, following a jury trial. He presents two issues for our review, namely:

1. Whether the trial court abused its discretion when it denied his motion in limine. 2. Whether the State presented sufficient evidence to sustain his conviction.

We affirm.
