Soprema, Inc., Kelly Ray, Charles Hallenbeck, and Gilbert Lorenzo, defendants in an action pending in the Mobile Circuit Court (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the defendants"), petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the circuit court to enforce a forum-selection clause in Soprema's contract with The Lathan Company, Inc. ("Lathan"), the plaintiff below, by granting the defendants' motion to dismiss. We grant the petition.
