¶1. Kimberly Heffner and Darin Rensink were married in North Dakota on August 13, 1999, and divorced on February 28, 2002, in the Bolivar County Chancery Court. During the marriage Heffner and Rensink had one child, Nicole, who was twenty-two months at the time of the divorce.
