BROWN, C.J.

A bench trial was held, following which defendant, Cartrell D. Perry, was found guilty as charged of simple burglary. Defendant received a suspended sentence under La. C.C.P. art. 893, was placed on probation for one year, and was ordered to pay a fine of $50 together with court costs.1 Defendant has appealed his conviction. We affirm.
