¶ 1 Following a non-jury trial on September 14, 2005, Appellant Randy Young was found guilty of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Highest Rate1 and Careless Driving.2 Appellant appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of York County on October 17, 2005, at which time Appellant was sentenced to ninety (90) days to five (5) years in prison....
