Defendant Demetrius Price appeals the trial court's denial, on jurisdictional grounds, of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. He contends that, even though his motion was filed more than 30 days after sentencing, the trial court was revested with jurisdiction due to the State's failure to object to further proceedings.
