This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Brian Zych, from an order of the circuit court dismissing his action for defamation and malicious prosecution. For the reasons which follow, we affirm the dismissal of the malicious prosecution claim, reverse the dismissal of the defamation claim, and remand this cause to the circuit court for further proceedings.
