Plaintiffs Sam and Mary Pappas bought windows from defendants Pella Corporation and Pella Windows and Doors (Pella). They claim the windows were defective, causing premature wood rot and deterioration. They allege Pella knew about the defects but did not inform buyers. The question is whether the plaintiffs have successfully plead a cause of action under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices...
