OPINION BY STEVENS, J:

¶ 1 Following a jury trial on May 3, 2006, Appellant, Daniel Plante, was found guilty of one count of Receiving Stolen Property.1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County on May 31, 2006, at which time Appellant was sentenced to an aggregate term of imprisonment of sixteen (16) months to forty-eight (48) months.
