Police arrested and a New Castle County grand jury indicted Sylvester Miller for Rape First Degree and Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child for sexually assaulting his daughter, Alicia Miller. On March 28, 2005, a trial jury returned a guilty verdict on six counts of Rape First Degree and one count of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.1
