OPINION
PER CURIAM.
In this appeal, appellant Johnnie Mitchell contends that the district court erred in rejecting claims presented in his post-conviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus alleging, in part, that his conviction for attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon as an aider and abettor should be vacated in light of our decision in Sharma v. State.
