The Defendant, Warren Todd Dossman, was convicted of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, a violation of La.R.S. 14:62.3. After the State filed a motion requesting that Defendant be sentenced as a habitual offender, pursuant to La.R.S. 15:529.1(A)(1)(a), he was sentenced to serve six years at hard labor, without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
