DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

John and Kathy Paniaguas, and Woodrow and Kristine Cornett (collectively "Appellants"), appeal the trial court's dismissal with prejudice of claims against Aldon Companies, Inc. ("Aldon") for breach of contract and negligence.

We affirm.
