¶ 1. Allstate Insurance Company filed a complaint for declaratory judgment seeking a determination that Allstate had no duty under a homeowner's policy to defend or indemnify Rhonda M. Rogers in an ongoing lawsuit. Allstate subsequently filed a motion for summary judgment.
